How could the congregation of the Colorado New Life Church just turn their back and abandon Rev. Ted Haggard?

1The amount of money he made last year, the anniversary payment(bonus). Than there is the money he will get when his house sells and the money from the book deals that he gets. Why does he need help? Where is the repentance--true repentance? Hopefully Dream Center can help them.But he & his wife may not like rubbing elbows with the drunks,druges,homeless/street people,unwed mothers, and overall poor people.
As far as his education fund--he can do like those of us in the real world---WORK FOR IT. This goes for his wife also.
I am aware that Jim Bakker works with Dream Center in Calif.--jail seems to have reformed him. Maybe he can talk to this fellow about the true meaning of christianity. That money is not the be all
